QM 6403 Advanced Operations Management

(3 hours)
Advanced topics in production/operations management including logistics systems, facility layout analysis, inventory control systems, JIT (just-in-time manufacturing), synchronized manufacturing, scheduling, and total quality control. Prerequisites: QM 7023  and 7102 or MBA 7033  (Operations Management).
