- Block I Aesthetic Inquiry and Creative Experience (6 hours)
- Block II Historical and Social Interpretation (12 hours)
- Block III Scientific Investigation (7 hours including one lab)
Sociology Major Requirements (30 hours)

Sociology Electives (18 hours)
Eighteen additional hours, with 15 hours at 3000-4000 level, to be chosen with faculty advisor’s approval.
Required Minor (12-15 hours)
Students must choose, with the advisor’s approval, at least 12 hours in a minor field, 6 of which must be at the 3000-4000 level.
