A student must earn a grade point average of 2.5 or higher in the major (all petroleum engineering courses) and 2.0 overall to be a candidate for a degree in petroleum engineering.
Foundation courses in petroleum engineering include PE 1001 , MATH 2014 , MATH 2024 , GEOL 1014 , CHEM 1013 , and PHYS 2053 . Refer to the table for specific GPA requirements.
