The Collins College of Business allows exceptional students to complete the Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (B.S.B.A.) degree and a graduate business degree (M.B.A. or Master of Accountancy) with fewer credits than completing both degrees separately.
Requirements to be considered for admission are:
- Minimum ACT score of 28
- Top 10% of high school class OR 3.75 high school GPA
Formal application to the Graduate School is required when the student achieves junior standing based upon credit hours. Students in the accelerated M.B.A. track may choose from a variety of undergraduate business majors, and Master of Accountancy track students must major in Accounting as an undergraduate.
Applications may have the GMAT requirement waived if the student has maintained good standing in the Accelerated Graduate Tracks in Business (3.4 overall GPA with no single semester with less than a 3.0 GPA).
If admitted to the accelerated graduate degree program, students have the opportunity to count 6 hours of 5000-level courses for the M.B.A. program or up to 9 hours of 5000-level courses for the Master of Accountancy program.
