EMGT 3023 Commercial Transactions


(3 hours)
A comprehensive survey of commercial transactions, including the law of sales, warranties, risk of loss, negotiable instruments, bank collections and deposits, electronic fund transfers, secured transactions and bankruptcy. Prerequisite: BL 2013 . Same as BL 3023  .
