BL 4013 Real Property


(3 hours)
The study of real property, with emphasis on sources of law, ownership interests, encumbrances, easements and licenses, contracts, deeds, environmental issues, title examination and insurance, leases, surveys, and land descriptions. Prerequisite: BL 2013 . Same as EMGT 4043 .
