ANTH 6123 Humans as Environmental Engineers: Agriculture to Energy

(3 hours)
Students will study the effect of human culture, economy, and demographics on ecology and climate change as well as the challenges of global sustainability by integrating studies from social, historical, and geographical sciences, to provide an overview of the ecological dimension of global, economic processes, with a long-term, historical perspective.
