LAW - 5233 Creditors’ Rights & Bankruptcy

(3 hours)
This course focuses on collection remedies under state law including exemption rights and the fundamentals of bankruptcy law concentrating on Chapter 7. The class also addresses relief under chapters 11, 12, and 13. This basic bankruptcy course is designed to promote a general understanding of bankruptcy law.
