LAW - 5292 Pretrial Practice(2 hours)
This is a practice course designed to teach certain essential pretrial lawyering skills. The course will include both preparation of pretrial litigation documents and discovery. The drafting assignments may include, among others, pleadings, motions, correspondence, interrogatories, requests for production of documents including e-discovery, depositions, settlement agreements, pretrial orders, jury instructions, planning for informal and formal discovery, and ethics.
Prerequisite(s): LAW 5013 and LAW 5023
