Students pursuing the Mathematics Education course of study (B.A. or B.S.) must complete a double major in Education and Mathematics, including the following distribution of courses:

Tulsa Curriculum and First Year Experience (47 - 49 hours)

Core Curriculum and First Year Experience (22 - 24 hours)

General Curriculum (25 hours)

Some major required courses may be double counted to fulfill a quad requirement.  

Professional Education Courses (31 hours)

Notes:

Students seeking K-12 certification complete EDUC 4616  and either EDUC 4626  or EDUC 4636 .

Education, Mathematics Option, B.A. Courses (42 hours)

General Electives (1 hour)

Total: 120 hours
