Completion of a foreign language through Intermediate II or ASL IV (or equivalent for showing moderate proficiency) is required. Language requirement may vary depending upon placement.
Some students may be required to take ENGL 1004 Introduction to College Writing and MATH 1043 Essentials of Algebra .
Students enrolled in the art history specialization are not required to take AS 2001.

Other courses may be used to fulfill post-1800 art history electives, depending upon Special Topics offerings.
At least 3 hours must be at the 3000 or 4000 level.
