The business analytics minor is designed for business students interested in complementing their major with understanding and application of data management and business-analytic techniques. The proliferation of data affects business professionals in all areas of the organization, and the need for data-driven decision making and the insight gained from data analysis has never been more critical, whether used to inform high-level strategy or to improve day-to-day operations. Students must fulfill the prerequisites and complete the 15 hours with a minimum grade point average of 2.0.
