The College of Law and the School of Finance, Operations Management and International Business are not accepting applications or matriculating new graduate students into the joint master’s program in finance and law beyond the Fall 2019 term.

The curriculum consists of 78 hours of law courses and 30 semester hours at the graduate level in the Collins College of Business.

Student select one of three areas of specialization: corporate finance, investment portfolio management, and risk management.

Graduates will have a level of understanding of finance and law that will allow them to operate at the highest levels of finance and securities law, corporate law, intellectual propriety protection and regulatory compliance.

This program reduces the total requirements for the two degrees by 16 credit hours.
