Classics Minor

Return to the School of Language and Literature 

The classics minor is based on an interdisciplinary study of the history, literature and art of the ancient Greeks and Romans, with the study of ancient languages (Latin and ancient Greek) as the foundation. To pursue a minor in the classics, students must complete 12 hours of approved electives at the 3000 and 4000 level. All courses must be approved by a faculty advisor in the School of Language and Literature .
