The curriculum consists of 79 credit hours of law courses, including all courses required by the College of Law, and 30 hours of MSF courses.

Students must satisfy 18 credit hours of prerequisite courses and demonstrate math proficiency at the basic calculus levelbefore being fully admitted to the second year of the program.  Specializations are available in Corporate Finance, Investments and Portfolio Management, and Risk Management. Please see Course Descriptions  for MSF courses.

The student must consult with his/her academic advisor in each discipline when selecting elective courses and must take all courses specified by the respective advisors.
