LAW - 5583 Selling & Leasing of Goods

This course will begin with a brief review of common law contracts using a paradigm format. This gives a point of reference for the study of the UCC articles 1 (General Provisions), 2 (Sales), 2A (Leases), and 9 (Secured Transactions). The course will go global with a comparison between Article 2 of the UCC with CISG (UN Convention on International Sale of Goods).
