LAW - 5253 Secured Transactions(3 hours)
The law of lending transactions secured by personal property collateral, Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC), is the focus of the Secured Transactions course. The applicable General Provisions of Article I of the UCC and relevant provisions found in other articles of the UCC are covered as well as provisions of the Bankruptcy Code that affect secured lending transactions.
