LAW - 5482 Real Estate Transactions

(2 hours)
This course is an advanced study of the sale and transfer of ownership of land with emphasis on residential transactions, rights and duties of brokers, preparation of the real estate sales contract, Native American land law, title examination procedures and standards, title insurance, preparation of title opinion, preparation of closing documents, and the closing.

Prerequisite(s): LAW 5114
