LAW - 5322 Immigration Law & Procedure

Reviews the history and development of Immigration Law, the process by which individuals legally enter the United States as immigrants and non-immigrants, as well as exclusion and deportation from the United States; the statutory and regulatory foundation for immigration law; and the law and policy of asylum and naturalization.
