LAW - 5302 Evidence Workshop(2 hours)
This course provides an opportunity for the practical application of the rules of evidence in a simulated clinical setting. The class concentrates on the evidentiary aspects of the case: initial interview, discovery and development of a theory of the case, and final preparation for trial. Although the class involves discussions of these evidentiary issues, there are opportunities for simulated demonstration of evidence problems, such as the introduction of documentary evidence and cross-examination.
