LAW - 5632 Estate Planning(2 hours)
This course provides basic techniques of planning and implementing an estate dispositive arrangement are studied: inter vivos and testamentary procedures, the factors influencing the choice of estate planning techniques, an analysis of the relevant income and estate and gift tax consequences.
Prerequisite(s): LAW 5193 and LAW 5503 Suggested Requisite(s): LAW 5103 and LAW 5183
