LAW - 5701-2 Energy Law Journal(1-2 hour)
This course provides students an opportunity to edit papers to be published in the Energy Law Journal (ELJ), a publication which our students edit and publish on behalf of the practicing members of the Energy Bar Association. In addition to editing responsibilities, students on the ELJ are required to write a paper of publishable quality on a topic in energy or environmental law. Students writing exceptional papers have an opportunity to have their papers published in the ELJ. Students who both earn a certificate of participation on the ELJ and who complete a paper of publishable quality may have their upper level seminar requirement satisfied through their ELJ papers. ELJ students also publish the Year in Review on behalf of the Section on Environment, Energy and Resources Law of the American Bar Association.
Certificates: HLC, NALC, SERL/REEL
