LAW - 5193 Decedents’ Estates & Trust

(3 hours)
A study of the gratuitous transfer of property by intestate succession, will, gift, and inter vivos and testamentary trusts, and of the administration of decedents’ estates and trusts; family protection, execution of wills; introduction to trusts, creation of trusts, charitable trusts; probate, contest of wills; and problems in estate distribution.
