This course examines the powers of the three branches of the federal government (Judicial, Legislative, and Executive), how the separation of powers doctrine resolves disputes among the branches of the federal government, and the allocation of power between the federal government and the States. This course may also include an overview of the federal due process and equal protection rights of individuals.
