LAW - 5654 Basic Corporate Law(4 hours)
This course introduces the law regarding forming, financing, controlling, and managing corporations as well as analysis of rights, duties, and financial rewards of corporate shareholders, directors, and officers. The closely held corporation is emphasized, and some correlative tax and securities law problems will be discussed. 3 or 4 hours Students who have taken Corporations Law in London may not count this course toward their 88 required credit hours.
