Antitrust is the study of the dynamics of free enterprise or free competition. Social, economic, and political purposes or goals of free competition, and how antitrust laws affect business behavior. Students review the history and judicial application of the Sherman Act, the Clayton Act, and parts of the Federal Trade Commission Act.
