LAW - 5162-3 Advanced Torts(3 hours)
This course covers many of the torts that do not receive attention in the basic 4 hour torts class. The torts covered include: defamation, invasion of privacy, misappropriation of intellectual property, injurious falsehood, fraud, international interference with contract, and intentional interference with prospective pecuniary advantage. For Prof. Yasser’s section only: Skills course; The final grade is based upon a series of assignments during the semester. There is no final exam.
