(2 hours) This course will provide an overview of American primary and secondary legal sources and offer students the opportunity to explore and hone their skills in these sources. The goals of this course are to teach students how to critically evaluate legal sources, expand their skills in using them and create transferrable skills which can be used in any source, and introduce the students to sources in specialized legal subjects. Enrollment limited to 20.
