LAW 5423 Selected Issues in Antitrust Practice

(3 hours)
This course will cover virtually all aspects of the antitrust laws. It will also cover additional substantive areas such price discrimination and mergers and acquisitions and special problems of antitrust enforcement, litigation tactics, trial and settlement of antitrust cases.
