LAW 6021 Advanced Property Problems Practicum(1 hour)
This course centers on a collaborative partnership with graduate students at Stellenbosch University in South Africa to identify and analyze a property law problem that spans international borders. As part of the course experience, students will also attend the Annual Property Colloquium hosted by the University of the Western Cape, which focuses on contemporary property challenges. The course will culminate in a final plenary session, during which student groups will present their findings at 12:00 p.m. on December 1, 2026.
Prerequisite(s): At least a B in Property/ open to third year students first and then second year students as space permits. Students will miss a week of classes in October due to travel. Students will pay for their travel to South Africa.
