PSY 5643 Job Attitudes and Motivation


(3 hours)
Covers theoretical and methodological issues related to job attitudes and motivation. Topics include job satisfaction, organizational commitment, goal setting and the assessment of job attitudes and motivation within organizations. Prerequisites: PSY 5633 , GPA of at least 3.5 in psychology courses, and permission of instructor.
