LAW 6213 Defending Immigrants in Removal Proceedings

This course will examine U.S. immigration court removal proceedings through analysis of statutes, regulations, case law, and official federal agency publications. Students will gain the knowledge needed to identify and analyze substantive and procedural issues regarding inadmissibility, deportability, and protections against deportation.
