LAW 5292 Pretrial Practice(2 hours)
Emphasis on essential pretrial lawyering skills, including preparation of pretrial litigation documents and discovery. Drafting assignments may include: pleadings, motions, correspondence, interrogatories, requests for production of documents including e-discovery, depositions, settlement agreements, pretrial orders, jury instructions, planning for informal and formal discovery, and ethics.
Prerequisite(s): LAW 5013 and LAW 5023
