ATRG 7821 Pharmacology in Athletic Training

Pharmacology in Athletic Training is a specialized course designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of pharmacological principles and their application in the management of injuries and medical conditions commonly encountered in athletic training practice. This course will cover the fundamentals of pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, drug classifications, and the effects of drugs on the human body. By the end of the course, students will be equipped with the foundational knowledge and skills necessary to assess, administer, and monitor pharmacological interventions effectively within the scope of athletic training practice.
