NSG 7213 Leadership and Management

(3 hours)
Prepares students to be thoughtful strategists and informed decision makers who will serve as strong leaders in high-performing healthcare systems. Students develop competencies for managing diverse teams in complex settings, monitoring organizational performance, and leading a transformational healthcare system.
