BIOL 4054 Histology

(4 hours)

Microscopic anatomy and histophysiology of tissues and organs of mammals. Correlation of structure and function is emphasized. Lecture three hours per week, laboratory four hours per week. Prerequisites: BIOL 1603 , BIOL 1611 , BIOL 1703 , BIOL 1711 , BIOL 2123 , and BIOL 2121 ; a previous physiology or anatomy course is recommended but not required.
