PSY 5623 Survey of Industrial Psychology
(3 hours)
Survey of theory and research on the major elements of industrial psychology, including job analysis, recruitment, selection, performance appraisal, and training. The legal and ethical context in which personnel decisions are made is emphasized throughout the course. Prerequisites: PSY 2073 , PSY 3013 , and PSY 3073 , all with grades of A; GPA of at least 3.5 in psychology courses; and permission of instructor.
