LAW 6883 Immigrant Rights Project(3 hours)
Students in this clinical course represent clients in immigration related matters. Students assume primary responsibility for the representation of their clients. Clinic seminars focus on the law relevant to clients’ claims, professional skills that students will utilize for their cases, and legal, tactical and ethical issues that arise in students’ casework.
