REL 1253 Introduction to World Religions
3 hours Block Two HCGD
Introduces students to the theories behind the academic study of world religions and will discuss the beliefs, history, rituals and practices of the five major world religions in depth. It includes significant studies of more minor religious strains. It demonstrates how the patterns and thought processes of many people in the West and the World continue to be influenced by religious concerns.
