ATRG 1031 Move for Health 1 hour Global and national physical activity plans recommend daily activity. Students use mapping websites and assessment tools to log activity details. Emphasis placed on promoting daily physical activity, including self-paced walking and/or running. Course is self-guided and repeatable up to three credit hours. Pass/fail.
