MGT 4023 Negotiation and Management Skills

(3 hours)

Theory, research, and practice of negotiation. Topics include social dilemmas, distributive bargaining, integrative arrangements, multiple-party scenarios, and third party interventions. Emphasis on related skills, such as self-awareness, communication, stress management, decision-making, and conflict resolution. Prerequisite: Junior standing.
