MGT 3103 Human Resource Management (3 hours) Examines how organizations get, motivate, and keep the best people to gain a competitive advantage. Using lectures, class discussions, and hands-on activities, students learn about employment law, recruitment, selection, training, performance evaluation, compensation, benefits, and labor relations. Prerequisite: MGT 3003 with a grade of C or higher.
