Increasingly frequent contact between U.S. and foreign businesses plus the growing economic interdependence of the world community require familiarity with domestic and international legal principles governing transnational commercial dealings. Emphasis on domestic legal export and import principles and international legal trade principles governing transnational commercial dealings.
