LAW 5873 Family Law in the World Community

Explores issues related to the creation and dissolution of families from comparative, international, and human rights perspectives. Topics vary but typically include intercountry adoption, transnational custody disputes and recognition of marriages and divorces, and the global response to domestic violence via the international human rights system and immigration law.
