MJIL 6723 Introduction to Legal Writing

(3 hours)
Introduction to the process of legal writing and the methods needed to analyze statutes and judicial opinions in relation to a client problem.  Introduction to the memorandum of law and to effective and expected methods of organization and presentation of legal analysis in writing.
