MJEL 6103 Energy in the Climate Change Era

Scientific consensus says that Climate Change will produce a dystopian future unless greenhouse emissions are significantly reduced.  Examination of the basis of the scientific consensus, why government reactions have been inadequate, and energy use options for preventing the predicted dystopian future.
