Emphasis on basic issues of the criminal law of rape and sexual assault, including principles and elements of the substantive law, applying basic tools and methods to analyze problems, understanding policy issues and underlying theory, and recognition of the interrelation of procedural and evidentiary issues with doctrines of substantive law.
