LAW 5322 Immigration Law and Procedure

(2 hours)
Briefly reviews the history and development of Immigration Law, the process by which individuals enter the United States as immigrants and non-immigrants, as well as exclusion and deportation from the United States; the statutory and regulatory foundation for immigration law; and the law and policy of asylum and naturalization.
