ACCT 7273 Valuation

(3 hours)
The course includes the analysis of theory and practical tools required for business valuation. Emphasis on determination of costs of capital, free cash flows and economic profits used in the valuation analysis for fair value calculations, goodwill impairment determinations, capital budgeting, mergers and acquisitions and divestitures. Permission of instructor required.
