BIOL 7133 Applied Physiology I(3 hours) Designed to provide students a clear understanding of the underlying principles of human physiology and their relevance in clinical practice. Lectures will focus on normal function of various systems of the body while small-group case discussions will explore important pathophysiological syndromes. The course will begin with a decision of basic cellular physiology which will then be applied to learning the physiology of the nervous, cardiovascular, and respiratory systems.
